Below this table is posted the video encompassing the entire summit, which lasted 10 hours and 19 minutes. Links in the table lead to a spot further down on this page introducing each individual presenter, a short abstract of their contribution and a video containing only each respective presentation. Links of the two documentaries screened during lunch break lead to locations where these documentaries are posted for viewing and/or downloading.
After this section dedicated to all the presentations follows a chapter giving the background of this Summit.
